I know what it’s like to grind in the blue-collar world because I’ve been there myself (yes I have skin in the game). I’ve spent years on job sites, seeing firsthand how much effort goes into every project—and how hard it is to get recognized for it. That experience gave me a unique perspective on what businesses really need to grow and stand out. I started this company to help other hardworking service providers get the reviews, visibility, and credibility they deserve—without adding more to their already full plates.

I noticed a big problem: home service businesses were putting in the work but getting little recognition online. They were missing out on reviews, referrals, and opportunities to grow simply because there wasn’t a simple system to manage it all. That’s when I decided to create a solution.

I built this platform to automate review collection, responses, and reactivation campaigns, so businesses could focus on their work while their reputation grew in the background. Every feature was designed with real-world experience in mind—because I know what it takes to run a hands-on business, and I wanted to make it easier for others like me

So that brings us up to date (December 2025)

Today, I’m fully focused on helping home service businesses grow their online reputation with Kudos. I work directly with users to understand their challenges, constantly refining our system to make review collection, responses, and reactivation effortless.

I’m actively improving the platform by adding smarter automation, better integrations with CRMs, and features that save business owners even more time. Every update is driven by real feedback from people on the ground, so the product keeps evolving to meet the needs of the businesses it was built for. My goal is simple: make it so effective that users can focus on their work while their reputation and credibility build automatically.
